In 2015 EmbarkPCA began offering CCAR Recovery Coach Training and Education courses. Since 2015 EmbarkPCA has certified over 1600 recovery coaches in 18 counties throughout Colorado.

In 2020, EmbarkPCA also began offering the Choices training program in addition to CCAR. Choices trainings are offered in both English and Spanish.
